Background

The MJ Wholesale website needed a brand refresh. It's website had become outdated with limited functionality, reduced operational efficiency, which negatively impacted the customer experience. To stay competitive, they needed a complete revamp—modernizing the store with advanced features to streamline the buying journey for corporate clients. Their goal was to integrate new functionality that would make the purchasing process faster, more intuitive, and highly efficient.

  • Lack of Custom Sticker Ordering: Customers couldn't create and order customized stickers with precise size, shape, and quantity, leading to higher cart abandonment and inefficiencies.

  • Inability to Compare Products: The lack of comparison tools for different product options, quantities, and pricing slowed purchase decisions and led to lost sales.

Solutions

  • Created a custom sticker order page for growers, dispensaries, and processors to meet their specifications related to sticker sizes, shapes, and quantities. Preview the stickers of your personalized branding before ordering.
  • Built a personalized account page with custom fields and Shopify metafields to provide B2B buyers quick access to their order history and personal information.
  • Designed a variant grid on the product page to display product counts, unit prices, and available quantities. It helped customers to make quicker and well-informed buying decisions.
  • Implemented tag-based acknowledgment messages to ensure customers understand product terms. It reduced disputes and product returns.
  • To maintain inventory and order threshold, we introduced a maximum order purchase limit of $200.
  • Integrated a live product options app for advanced customization and dynamic pricing to improve customer satisfaction.
